For Outlook 2007 users

  • Back up your Business Contact Manager database in a safe location.
  • Uninstall your existing Business Contact Manager installation.
  • Download the full installer by clicking the link above. You’ll be taken to a Microsoft Download Center page.
  • Quit any programs you are running, especially Office programs.
  • Click Run when prompted.
  • Review and accept the Microsoft Software License Terms.
  • Click I Accept and you will proceed to the download site.
  • Once Business Contact Manager for Outlook is installed, import the backup copy of your database.

For Outlook 2010 users

  • Download the update by clicking the link above.
  • Quit any programs you are running, especially Office programs.
  • In Windows Explorer, navigate to the .exe file you have downloaded, double-click it, and follow the instructions on the screen.
