The majority of the costs and benefits are calculated based on default values from the Forrester TEI of Office 365 and TEI of Lync 2013 reports. Other values are from Microsoft Office 365 product group research. Not all services are available in all countries. There is no default pricing in this tool–be sure to talk to your sales representative to ensure you are using the correct pricing.
