  • Outlook 2013 introduced a new, cleaner look—with easier navigation and a clearer view of your email, contacts, and calendar.
  • The All and Unread buttons in the inbox help you focus on your most important messages first.
  • Inline replies let you respond faster to email. Type your response in the reading pane, or start an IM conversation right from Outlook.
