Microsoft Whiteboard

Download Microsoft Whiteboard from the Microsoft Store to a Windows 10 device, then log in with your Microsoft account (Outlook, Hotmail, Live, Xbox, etc.) or Office 365 account (work or school).

Microsoft Whiteboard will be available for iOS and web preview soon.

To use the Windows 10 app, you must sign in with a Microsoft account (Outlook, Hotmail, Live, Xbox, etc.) or an Office 365 account (work or school).

The Microsoft Whiteboard cloud service is automatically enabled for your organization. Your users will be able to sign in using the Microsoft Whiteboard apps for PC, which is enabled by default. Please see this support article for more details.

Microsoft Whiteboard for Windows 10 is available in all Windows regions in English only. It will roll out to other languages over the next few months.

This is a new version of the app on Surface Hub. Surface Hub customers can choose to stay on their current app, install the new app alongside their current app, or switch to the new app entirely. See here for more information.

PCs and Surface Hubs running Windows 10 will be able to download the new Whiteboard app.

The preview app will be upgraded to the new general availability version.

Updates include improvements to the collaboration experience, such as inviting specific users and the ability to revoke access to boards for all users or individual users; an improved toolbar; enhancements to shape and table recognition; accessibility improvements; and compliance with global standards including SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and EU Model Clauses.
